Overview

This analyst actively participates in the program management lifecycle, takingresponsibility for monitoring key aspects of program execution against established plans. The roleinvolves managing program schedules, preparing documentation for formal reviews, and ensuring thatprogram activities, costs, and risks are tracked and reported accurately to support the governmentProgram Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Actively monitoring program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the programlifecycle, identifying and flagging potential issues.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS),reporting on progress against baselines.
  • Preparing and supporting the development of acquisition documentation, includingStatements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), market research, andIndependent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
  • Participating in and documenting key program meetings, such as sprint planning, technicalexchange meetings, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • Supporting review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet therequirements outlined in the SOW

Required Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, compliant with GSAstandards.
  • Demonstrated experience in Program Management, specifically monitoring and reporting oncost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including the developmentof key acquisition documents.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and ceremonies.• Experience with Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management and the principles of Earned ValueManagement (EVM).
