Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role

  • Deliver refurbishment, M&E and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to achieve quality, cost and programme targets.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently with minimal disruption to services and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain Construction Phase Plans and review subcontractor RAMS through approved processes.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities and liaise with Building Control and Planning representatives.
  • Oversee Acceptance into Use processes and maintain accurate project financial forecasts.
  • Work closely with programme stakeholders to ensure adequate resources are available to meet delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements, asbestos management procedures and company management systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications NQF Level 4, an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management, SMSTS certification and a valid UK driving licence.
  • Experience Significant experience within building, civil, M&E or facilities management environments and a proven track record in project management. You will have experience delivering projects within budget, placing contracts effectively, and applying building regulations and CDM requirements. Experience within a MOD or military environment and knowledge of IFS would be advantageous.
  • Skills Excellent written communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and organisational abilities, and a structured approach to project delivery. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively, managing project resources effectively, and using Microsoft Office applications confidently while performing effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
