Responsibilities
- Owns product strategy and execution for the Servicing Vault domain — document storage, document audit, and related AI-driven capabilities
- Sets the overarching roadmap the team executes against; balances near-term delivery with long-term platform vision
- Define and own the Servicing Vault strategy, translating business goals into a multi-quarter product roadmap
- Drive requirements and prioritization for document storage architecture, retention/audit workflows, and compliance-driven features
- Identify and scope AI/automation opportunities within document audit and vault operations (e.g., anomaly detection, auto-classification, exception handling)
- Partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure vault capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirements
- Act as the primary product voice for Servicing Vault in client and internal leadership conversations
- Manage trade-offs across competing priorities and communicate roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience within mortgage servicing
- Strong business acumen — able to connect vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiency
- Working knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending context
- Experience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through delivery
- Comfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with MSP or comparable servicing platforms
- Exposure to compliance/audit frameworks (investor, agency, or regulatory)
- Prior experience introducing AI-driven functionality into a legacy operational workflow
