The ServiceNow HR Business Analyst supports the Global ServiceNow HR Product in delivering Chubb’s global HR service delivery needs. This role gathers, analyzes, and translates business requirements into technical specifications, helps implement and optimize HR processes, and works closely with global HR stakeholders and the HR Technology team to identify pain points, design solutions, configure the platform, and support efficient HR operations. The role also partners with the Technology team to support integration with Chubb’s chatbot, and related enhancements. The role reports to the VP Global ServiceNow HR Product Owner and is part of the Global HR Services team.
Essential Functions:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and document detailed business requirements.
- System Configuration: Create and modify HR Services and record producers using Catalog Builder and Flow Designer, and maintain forms using client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
- User Acceptance Testing: Test development stories, coordinate UAT sessions with stakeholders, and ensure stories are signed off by the HR Technology Release Manager before release.
- Integrations: Support ServiceNow HR integrations, including testing payloads and validating chatbot-related enhancements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR metrics, including recurring reporting for global KPI tracking and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Process Design: Analyze existing HR workflows and design streamlined processes within the ServiceNow platform, considering best practices across regions and user experience.
- Training & Support: Develop user documentation, provide training materials, and offer ongoing support to HR users on the ServiceNow platform.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring of release plans and other projects.
- Knowledge Management: Support Global Knowledge leader to ensure HR Knowledge needs remain aligned with services delivered through the platform.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis, HR, and/or ServiceNow HRSD.
- HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and HR service delivery.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD, including workflows, forms, reporting, and data handling.
- Business Analysis Skills: Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage testing, release coordination, and project deliverables.
The pay range for the role is $87,600-$128,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
