In this role, you will partner with project managers, consultants, solution architects, technical teams, R&D teams, and client stakeholders to help drive successful implementation outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of technology implementation projects and workstreams across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, governance documentation, and action trackers to support timely delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across delivery, product, engineering, R&D, client teams, and other internal or external stakeholders, as appropriate.
  • Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and help ensure follow-through on key actions.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support workshop logistics, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment toward defined outcomes.
  • Help facilitate workshops by supporting clear agendas, tracking decisions, managing follow-ups, and keeping participants focused on meeting objectives.
  • Prepare and support executive and management reporting materials, including project status updates and communications.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications and help ensure clear, professional written and verbal alignment across project participants.
  • Work closely with technical teams to track implementation activities, integrations, workflows, analytics, APIs, and platform delivery milestones.
  • Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance coordination to help ensure smooth implementation.
  • Assist with change management and business readiness activities to support adoption and successful delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management templates, delivery standards, methodologies, and accelerators.
  • Support lessons learned activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and coordination practices.
  • Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
  • Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills and Experience

  • Customer-facing project management experience, ideally in consulting, technology delivery, or IT project management environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Solid IT competencies, including an understanding of SQL, code concepts, APIs, and the overall lifecycle of IT, platform, or technology implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to work effectively in iterative, fast-moving delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate or support workshops, including helping define objectives, guide discussions, manage follow-ups, and drive alignment toward meeting goals.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across customers, consultants, product, engineering, R&D, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to analyze challenges, support problem-solving, and help move projects forward.
  • Experience supporting project governance, reporting, action tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality execution.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Development skills or prior hands-on exposure to software development concepts.
  • Agile certification or related training.
  • Interest in and exposure to FCC, Fraud Prevention, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Analytics, or AI-related solutions is a plus.
