Role: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN

Work Mode: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning / Content Specialist to support the development and management of online learning content and digital resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital learning content and online training materials.
  • Create and support asynchronous/self-paced learning modules.
  • Work with SMEs, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables, timelines, meetings, and project updates.
  • Review videos, presentations, graphics, and e-learning content.
  • Ensure digital content meets Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Perform content quality assurance and accessibility reviews.
  • Gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content, e-learning, or instructional design.
  • Experience with Section 508/WCAG accessibility.
  • Experience developing asynchronous learning content.
  • Vendor coordination and project management experience.
  • Experience with LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe, or Camtasia is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
