Summary of This Role

This role is responsible for leading the design of scalable, secure, and business-aligned Salesforce solutions across enterprise systems. As the bridge between strategy and delivery, the Salesforce Solution Architect translates complex business requirements into fit-for-purpose technical architecture, while guiding teams through best-practice design, governance, and deployment. The role requires deep platform expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a solutions-focused, results-driven mindset. 

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from AUD 170,000 to 190,000 per annum + superannuation

What you'll own

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across platforms and integrated systems.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Shape technology roadmaps and influence architecture decisions across business and engineering teams.
• Lead integration design across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Champion architecture governance, standards, and delivery best practices.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery excellence.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance through design and implementation.
• Create architecture documentation and support complex production issues when required.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions in complex or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, data modelling, automation, and performance.
• Experience with integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, and SSO.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience working within architecture governance and design review frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein 1 Platform, and Data Cloud.
• Experience leading Salesforce org consolidations and large-scale data migrations.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and target-state architecture.
• Exposure to Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.​
