Requirements:
Qualification: BBA, MBA in accounting, finance, and related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis & modeling, corporate finance, budgeting, and Controlling.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance functions across all regions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
Trend Identification: Identify and analyze financial trends to generate macro-economic reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Data Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Benchmarking Reports: Generate benchmarking reports to compare financial performance against industry standards and best practices.
Presentation Support: Provide direct support in preparing presentations, minutes, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining the team leave calendar and handling ad-hoc requests.
Dashboard and AI Integration: Assist in increasing the use of dashboards and AI within the finance teams to enhance data visualization and analytical capabilities.
