Everforth ECS is looking for a Senior Computer System Analyst to support our Defense Health organization. In this role, you will serve as the senior financial and programmatic planning analyst for the contract team.
You will also mentor junior members, brief leadership and analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems, capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Everforth ECS will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to include DHA J-6, PEO Medical Systems / CIO, and Engineering, Solutions Architecture and IT Business Analytics (ESA-BAD) Division by delivering comprehensive program management and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives. This effort integrates tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the health sector who leverages data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data, supporting critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems.
Duties include:
- Developing and maintaining needed templates.
- Creating new financial documentation and dashboards for Program and Project Managers to manage while ensuring that required standards are adhered to.
- Managing division Cost Model.
- Creates Program/Project Life Cycle Cost Estimates.
- Creates/Maintains pivotal financial dashboards for the Division and stakeholders.
- Creating the Common Data Model and Program and Project Managers’ reporting dashboard.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000
