We’re looking for a Project Engineering Manager Security to lead and deliver the technical scope of security projects within complex rail systems. You will ensure engineering excellence, manage technical risks, and drive project solutions that meet customer expectations and business commitments. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication, because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
- Lead the technical contractual scope of security projects and ensure customer acceptance of the solution
- Manage technical risks, mitigation plans, and engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Define, validate and supervise project engineering activities, including Verification & Validation
- Drive technical consistency through interface management and a Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) approach
- Coordinate project requirements, solution customization and parameterization with cross-functional teams
- Functionally lead the project engineering team and act as chair of the Project Change Control Board (CCB)
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project safety requirements
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, systems, RAMS and project management, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
- Engineering degree is required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in urban transport systems or related railway environments
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of engineering activities across the project lifecycle
- Fluent English required
- French is a plus
