Role Overview
As a Business Analyst for Cybersecurity Programs, you will play a critical role in delivering complex technical integration projects that achieve business objectives, customer outcomes, and operational excellence. You will combine strong business analysis capabilities with technical awareness across ICT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
You will translate complex technical and security requirements into practical delivery artefacts, drive stakeholder engagement, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.

Technical & Cyber Project Delivery
Analyse and coordinate requirements across ICT infrastructure, network, cloud and cybersecurity components; deliver on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes; apply awareness of WAN, LAN, Cloud, Security and enterprise connectivity; support project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resourcing.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Translate complex technical & security architectures into clear business language; engage customers, vendors, delivery teams, engineers and senior stakeholders; facilitate workshops, status meetings and technical discussions to drive solutions and decisions.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Proactively identify project risks, issues and dependencies and support mitigations; escalate delivery concerns, scope variations and technical constraints; support change management and governance processes across the lifecycle.
Technical Guidance & Solution Enablement
Support solution design, integration planning and deployment activities; translate functional, business and security/compliance requirements into technical implementation plans; collaborate with engineering, security and architecture teams.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Contribute to operational improvements enhancing delivery capability and customer experience; identify opportunities to improve BA methodologies and frameworks; maintain awareness of emerging ICT and cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical
Skills: Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, enterprise networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity controls; experience supporting projects involving WAN/LAN, cloud platforms, network integrations, infrastructure transformations, security and connectivity services; knowledge of technical architecture and systems integration principles.
- BA
& Project Delivery Skills: Proven experience on large, complex technical/cyber projects; strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project; ability to support budgets, schedules and project reporting; expertise in requirements elicitation, user stories, process flows and traceability.
- Stakeholder
& Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement; strong influencing, negotiation and decision-support capabilities; ability to work collaboratively across technical, security and business teams; demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project environments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience
within telecommunications, enterprise ICT or large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Exposure
to cybersecurity, enterprise transformation and integration programs.
- Relevant
certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP/IIBA), Project Management, Agile, Cloud, Networking or Cybersecurity are highly regarded.
