Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies to activate, engage and retain customers (channel customers and DC customers)
2. Develop trigger campaigns to improve engagement and purchase frequency
3. Analyze channel partners behavioral patterns and develop relevant promotion program
4. Create strategies to increase revenue and the frequency of repeat purchase
5. Support and enhance market, customer and vertical segmentation and establish a consistent process in engagement, communication and reward down the supply chain
6. Support sales team in new market segments/verticals development and engage server system products and services package in support of identified strategic market segments
7. Align regional focus to global strategy and direction
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering required.
2. MBA or Master’s Degree preferred in EE or Computer science
3. 7+ years of OEM/ODM/major account experience
4. Strong business management skills with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs.
5. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate campaign and program analysis and derive insights to drive business actions.
7. Proven track record in business growth and development
8. Fluent in English (write and speak)
9. Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
10. Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations.
