About the Role
Join the customer-facing product team at a B2B AI voice automation startup. You will own the customer lifecycle from deployment through expansion, connecting customer needs with product development and helping build the operating playbook for this growing function.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs, scoping and deploying AI voice agents, and identifying opportunities to optimize and expand their use.
- Present to customer decision-makers, communicate agent value and return on investment, and demonstrate business impact with data.
- Investigate agent behavior on individual calls, debug issues, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.
- Partner with product teammates to turn customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.
- Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function as it grows.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including direct customer-facing work, ideally at a startup.
- Experience in product management, solutions engineering, or strategy and management consulting, with a strong interest in working directly with customers.
- Product intuition and technical depth, including the ability to understand product concepts and perform basic debugging.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and taking end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong data intuition and the ability to analyze metrics, explain ROI, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT, plus SQL.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated fields such as lending, financial services, or healthcare is relevant. A degree from a highly selective US undergraduate or graduate program is also required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
