Your role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our engineering team, responsible for leading the testing and validation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in managing test teams and developing test strategies.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define and plan annual objectives for the organization, including resource allocation (human, financial, technical) to ensure efficiency
- Ensure the achievement of defined KPI targets and continuously improve processes, with regular reporting
- Develop and motivate subordinates to achieve better performance
- Maintain and enforce internal rules and regulations, documentary discipline, and protection of corporate property
- Comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Assess and mitigate risks in the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with related organizational units to define expectations and goals
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and actively participate in projects
- Support zero-defect philosophies and provide technical guidance and professional background to subordinates
Your profile
You are a detail-oriented and results-driven Test Manager with a strong background in testing and quality assurance. You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for quality.Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- University or college degree in Engineering field, preferably in Electrical engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience gained in Metrology or Test engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean, 5S, QMS
- Intermediate English language, native Hungarian
