Tasks
- Operate and maintain legacy filesystems in an enterprise environment (27.000 users)
- Design and analyze permission and data structures in our central file store
- Expand the on-prem file stores to cloud based storage spaces (for example Azure, AWS)
- Maintain, monitor and support SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in a large enterprise environment
- Customize SharePoint Online sites, for example Intranet with Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web Parts and SPFx
- Design and implement storage tiering in M365 for cost optimization and using backup solution for M365
- Translate and implement business needs in SharePoint Online
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in legacy filesystems (SMB/CIFS, Microsoft DFS)
- Multiple years of professional experience in M365 SharePoint Online (Implementation, file share migration)
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Functions and Power Automate (Architecture, Design, Implementation)
- Strong expertise in customizing SharePoint sites, Viva Connections and Viva Engage
- Proven experience in M365 Governance (SharePoint Online, Labeling, Purview, SharePoint Agents)
- Deep knowledge in managing cloud stores, for example Azure File Store, Azure Data Lake Store
- Knowledge of IaaS solutions like Terraform scripts are welcome
- Good knowledge of English
