Currently, we are seeking a Quality Iteration Project Manager to become a part of the HIROTEC team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and output of designated projects in regard to quality iteration. This person will evaluate and influence in GD&T, tooling concepts / design to meet quality objectives, checking fixture design to meet quality objectives; part management for quality iteration. This person will be the primary contact with the customer to gather information on panel / tooling issues and explanation of quality engineering, quality iteration, checking fixtures and die modifications and communication with internal departments to understand quality engineering, quality iteration, checking fixtures and die modifications. This person will provide the necessary guidance and structure for changes, new directions, new processes, and new product introductions. This person will review financial status of projects with project manager and work with the assigned manpower to control the expenditures on a project within the scope of work.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree, and/or 7 plus years related experience; background in Body in White assembly system tools in mechanical or controls design or manufacturing. This person should be able to read engineering drawings and understand body in white system process.

Strong computer skills along with knowledge in Catia, UG or Autocad, preferred.

***Travel is required in this position; both domestically and internationally***

The position requirements include three to five years of related experience and/or training in Assembly Tooling; Knowledge of Hemming/Stamping required; Ability to read engineering drawings and an understanding of Body-in-White system process; MS Office computer skills preferred.
