Role Overview
We seek an exceptional Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for major platform areas, driving AI-driven innovation, competitive differentiation, and market wins against industry leaders. This role demands strategic vision, AI/ML expertise, rapid cross-domain learning ability, and proven enterprise B2B SaaS success.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision (40%)
- Own product strategy and roadmap for major platform areas across multiple domains
- Define 3-5 year vision for how AI transforms enterprise operations
- Drive competitive differentiation through AI-first innovation vs legacy competitors (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Make strategic build/buy/partner decisions with clear business impact analysis
- Own business outcomes: revenue targets, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Rapidly learn diverse domains (IT Ops, ITSM, Infrastructure, Security, FinOps) through customer engagement and SME collaboration
- Identify white space opportunities and new market segments for AI-powered solutions
AI/ML Product Leadership (25%)
- Champion AI-native product philosophy leveraging ML for discovery, prediction, automation, and optimization
- Define AI product requirements: training data, model performance, inference, continuous learning
- Work with Data Science teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Guide decisions on when/how to apply AI/ML vs traditional approaches
- Define AI metrics: model accuracy, business impact, user satisfaction
- Stay current with AI/ML trends and evaluate emerging technologies
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership (20%)
- Develop multi-quarter roadmaps balancing innovation, customer needs, and technical excellence
- Lead large cross-functional teams: Engineering, Data Science, Design, QA, DevOps, ML Ops
- Drive consensus across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
- Execute product launches with comprehensive GTM strategy
- Create sales enablement: demos, competitive positioning, ROI calculators, RFP responses
- Drive predictable delivery with agile/lean practices appropriate for enterprise AI product
Market & Customer Engagement (15%)
- Engage strategic enterprise customers (Fortune 500/1000) and C-level executives
- Lead customer advisory boards and strategic account relationships
- Participate in enterprise sales cycles with product expertise and vision
- Conduct competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, and market intelligence
- Engage with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and influence market perception
- Build customer champions and reference accounts
Requirements
- 6-10+ years product management in enterprise B2B SaaS or cloud platforms
- Proven AI/ML product experience: shipping ML-powered features, working with data science teams
- Track record of rapid learning and innovation across diverse domains
- Technical background: BTech/BE/MS in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, distributed systems, cloud architecture
- Enterprise sales experience: complex sales cycles, strategic accounts, C-level engagement
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Experience competing against ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise leaders
