As a Business Process Analyst, you will improve supply-chain processes and decision making through data analysis, system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify business and system gaps, translate needs into scalable solutions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and AI-enabled tools. Candidates with additional years of experience may be considered for a senior position.

Job Duties:  

  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing
  • Partner with Operations stakeholders to document objectives, surface pain points, and map end-to-end process impacts across supply chain and manufacturing
  • Implement and run an intake/prioritization framework for Operations requests aligned to defined business criteria
  • Collaborate with system owners (SAP, enterprise data warehouse, and other enterprise platforms) to evaluate, streamline, and align business needs with system capabilities
  • Advanced Planning System & Data Analytics
  • Analyze and investigate planning system-related (o9) issues by tracing demand, supply, inventory, planning parameters, and master data to identify root causes and support timely resolution.
  • Produce problem statements, root-cause analyses, functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for solution delivery.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide management visibility into service, backlog, inventory, supply-demand balance, forecast, capacity, and planning exceptions.
  • Build and maintain approved Custom GPTs for supply-chain analytics and user self-service; establish knowledge sources, prompts, test cases, accuracy checks, access boundaries, and release documentation.
  • Present concise, decision-ready insights and recommended actions to Operations, Planning, Finance, and leadership.
  • Request & Change Management
  • Triage and prioritize the change/request backlog with requestors; clarify scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Evaluate process and system impacts for major changes; plan sequencing and cutovers to minimize operational disruption.
  • Drive cross-functional communication, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting through implementation.
  • Partner with technical teams through design, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation validation.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years in supply-chain planning, manufacturing operations, business analysis, or supply-chain digital transformation; semiconductor/fabless experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions or a comparable advanced planning platform; SAP and enterprise data warehouse experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and convert ambiguous operational questions into implementable, testable requirements.
  • Experience building or governing internal GenAI/Custom GPT solutions is required; familiarity with prompt design, knowledge grounding, evaluation, and responsible data handling.
  • Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly to both users and technical teams.
