Full description

This is a brand-first creative role, not a traditional UI/UX position. You’ll shape how the brand looks, feels, moves, and shows up across digital and physical experiences — from identity and visual systems to landing pages, social content, motion, and on-ground activations.

What you’ll do

  • Build and evolve the brand’s visual language across typography, color, iconography, imagery, composition, and graphic elements.
  • Develop brand identity systems from scratch and translate them into clear, scalable style guides and visual frameworks.
  • Design high-fidelity landing pages and web experiences in Figma, with a strong focus on layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual craft.
  • Create visual concepts that bring ideas to life across campaigns, launches, products, and brand moments.
  • Explore motion and micro-interactions through GIFs, transitions, animations, and other dynamic brand expressions.
  • Work with animators, developers, and other creatives to ensure the visual identity translates beautifully into motion and interactive experiences.
  • Adapt the brand across social media, digital platforms, print, events, posters, activations, and other physical touchpoints.
  • Create cohesive design systems that feel consistent without becoming repetitive or predictable.
  • Develop concept notes, mood boards, creative directions, and visual storytelling that communicate the thinking behind the work.
  • Turn abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives with a clear creative point of view.
  • Explore cultural references, emerging visual trends, music, communities, and subcultures to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and creative teams to bring big ideas from concept to execution.
  • Push the brand beyond expected design conventions and create work that feels individual, expressive, and memorable.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Brand Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, visual systems, and creative design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and strong fundamentals in typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing across digital and physical formats, including social media, web, print, and brand collateral.
  • Ability to develop a visual identity from concept to execution and maintain consistency across different touchpoints.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate the thinking behind your work.
  • Understanding of motion and micro-interactions; familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of print production and artwork preparation.

Benefits

  • Build a brand from the ground up and have real ownership of its visual identity.
  • Work across brand, digital, motion, social, and physical experiences — not just one design surface.
  • Creative ownership and autonomy to experiment, explore, and bring your ideas to life.
  • Opportunity to work on culture-led, high-visibility projects and build a strong portfolio.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional creative team across design, product, marketing, and content.
  • Learn and grow across brand strategy, storytelling, design systems, and creative direction.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative environment where good ideas are encouraged, regardless of where they come from.
  • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities as the brand scales.
