Full description

Leverate is a B2B technology company based in Ramat Gan, building complex financial technology products used by businesses and traders around the world.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and take an active role in building the next generation of Leverate’s products.

This is first and foremost a Product Management role. You will identify problems, define solutions, make product decisions, write requirements, work closely with R&D, and ultimately deliver products that our customers use.

At Leverate, AI is already deeply embedded into our product development process. We use AI agents and agentic workflows to work with large amounts of product knowledge, historical decisions, customer feedback, technical information, and business context.

We are looking for someone who already thinks and works this way – and wants to take it much further

What You’ll Do

  • Own product initiatives from problem identification through definition, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into clear product solutions and priorities.
  • Work closely with R&D, UX, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders to build high-quality customer-facing products.
  • Define product requirements, flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
  • Make product decisions by combining customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations, data, and existing organizational knowledge.
  • Use our existing AI agents and agentic workflows as an integral part of your daily product work.
  • Build and improve agents and multi-agent workflows that help you research, analyze, define, challenge, and validate product decisions.
  • Create processes where agents can access large amounts of existing knowledge, communicate with one another, challenge assumptions, and create continuous feedback loops.
  • Use AI to rapidly overcome knowledge gaps and navigate complex products, technical systems, customer history, and business requirements.
  • Prototype and validate ideas quickly before and during development.
  • Continuously explore better ways to use AI to make product development faster, deeper, and more effective.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in at least one Product Manager role, with hands-on responsibility for defining and building software products.
  • Strong product thinking and a genuine desire to build products that customers use and value.
  • Significant hands-on experience with AI beyond basic prompting.
  • Experience building or working with AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, or multi-agent systems.
  • Ability to use AI as a working environment for researching complex topics, processing large amounts of information, challenging assumptions, and producing high-quality outputs.
  • Strong technical orientation and the ability to understand how software systems work.
  • A builder mindset - you experiment, prototype, automate, and create rather than simply discuss ideas.
  • A true team player who enjoys working closely with others, communicates openly, shares knowledge, accepts feedback, and knows how to move things forward collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across Product, R&D, UX, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Ability to challenge ideas constructively, listen to different perspectives, and build alignment around the best solution - without relying on authority.
  • Exceptional curiosity, motivation, ownership, and learning ability.
  • Willingness to go deep, work hard, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • High level of English.

Nice to Have

  • Programming or scripting experience.
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, integrations, or automation tools.
  • Experience with AI frameworks, coding assistants, workflow automation platforms, or agent-building tools.
  • Personal AI projects, agents, automations, or products – we absolutely consider these relevant experience.
  • Experience in UX, QA, software development, data, or another technical discipline.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.

Who Will Succeed Here?

Someone who wants to be a great Product Manager.

Someone who understands that modern Product Management is changing – and already works differently because of it.

Someone who can take a complex customer problem, use AI and agents to understand the context and accumulated knowledge behind it, challenge possible solutions, define the right product, and work with the team to actually build and ship it.

We already work this way, but we believe there is still a huge amount of room to improve.

If AI agents are already a natural part of how you learn, think, research, build, and solve problems, we’d like to meet you.
