Full description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, coordinate, and document business needs, issues and areas of improvement, related to the Cargo Management System and Global Logistics applications.
  • Perform assigned duties, achieve defined objectives, and deliver expected results in accordance with established processes and methodologies.
  • Initiate activities and actions, manage administrative procedures, and report deviations within the area of responsibility to management.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies from planned workflows and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Serve as the liaison between Business divisions and the IT organization to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and align with corporate IT strategy, architecture, security, compliance, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Analyze existing business solutions, processes, and third-party partners to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing IT operations, user support, and business processes.
  • Manage organizational changes resulting from IT implementations and coordinate business process changes impacting the IT organization.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and agreement between Business divisions, IT Competence Centers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate business requirements from initial request through implementation.
  • Apply project management principles and DevOps methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate communication with all impacted areas of the company concerning project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and risks.
  • Support Program Managers and senior management in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities where IT solutions can contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate one or more cross-functional projects involving multiple business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, administer, and report on IT-related processes, including work requests, change requests, software requests, security exceptions, compliance matters, access rights, user profiles, resource allocation, and IT cost provisioning.
  • Provide functional support to users and system providers for the Cargo Management System and other Global Logistics-related applications.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in business analysis, project coordination, systems support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business needs, process improvements, and system enhancement opportunities.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cargo Management Systems, logistics applications, or enterprise business systems is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of project management principles and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and project delivery frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time temporary position based in Luxembourg.
  • Contract duration until 31 March 2028.
  • Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement (CWA)
