About this Position
As Salesforce Service Cloud Application Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the global Salesforce Service Cloud platform. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders, end users, and the development team, driving system enhancements, process improvements, and future-ready solutions that support Henkel's customer service organization worldwide.
What you´ll do
- Serve as a key contributor across global projects, enhancements, and process improvements within Salesforce Service Cloud solution.
- Drive the full system enhancement lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute releases and deployments while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, backup, and access management standards.
- Partner with teams across the organization and beyond to shape future-ready solutions.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce applications
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, release management, IT service management, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
