As a Vice President, Product Manager within Chase Offers Ad Server, you help design and deliver the next generation offers and advertising platform that expands customer value beyond core financial features. You translate advertising market needs into a prioritized roadmap and clear requirements, driving delivery across multiple scrum and data science teams. You partner across product, design, technology, operations, and control functions to deliver well-governed, high-impact capabilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision and translate business priorities into a multi-quarter roadmap and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop deep expertise in the offers and advertising platform and champion innovations that improve customer and merchant value.
  • Lead discovery for new concepts by assessing customer value, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Build and manage a prioritized backlog across multiple teams, including epics and user stories in Jira.
  • Partner with technology teams to drive sprint planning, refinement, and delivery execution, removing blockers as needed.
  • Coordinate with consumer and merchant product teams to align experiences, dependencies, and shared milestones.
  • Support third-party partner management and align roadmaps, timelines, and integration needs.
  • Plan and coordinate testing, readiness, demos, and release activities to support high-quality launches.
  • Define, measure, and report product performance using analytics, trends, and insights to guide iteration.
  • Maintain end-to-end processes with internal and external partners to ensure consistent delivery and governance.
  • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to support approvals, documentation, and control requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to large-scale program or product delivery.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and supporting sprint-based execution.
  • Ability to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria with technology partners.
  • Experience leading through influence and driving outcomes across competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with strong follow-through across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and customer experiences that drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and delivery discipline.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills across functions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence capabilities and how they support product experiences.
  • Experience working with system architecture and data frameworks.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including measurement, data management, and advertising technology workflows.
