We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to join our Document Management & Workflow Systems area under IT division. You will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions to provide capabilities for the full document lifecycle: Document Generation, Capturing, Archiving and Signing. You will be a part of a pan-Baltic team and interact with various stakeholders, including other IT teams and suppliers, to implement and maintain solutions in an agile environment. Tech Lead can also spearhead Communities of Practice in areas such as Software Engineering, QA & Test Automation, DevOps, and Cloud, ensuring best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing banking and fintech solutions.
- Ensure architectural best practices and technology standards are followed to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing financial products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring sessions for engineering teams.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as AI/ML, and cloud-native architectures in financial services.
- Establish and lead Communities of Practice such as Software Engineering, QA & Test Automation, DevOps, and Cloud, ensuring continuous learning and best practice adoption.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, guidelines, and accelerators for engineering excellence.
- Promote automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native adoption to improve software development lifecycle efficiency.
- Engage with internal and external technology communities, sharing knowledge and insights.
- Optimize deployment pipelines for faster time-to-market and operational excellence.
- Embed quality practices into the software development lifecycle (shift-left testing approach).

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Solid technical background in banking and fintech solutions, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development, architecture, etc.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript or similar.
- Expertise in microservices architecture, API development, and event-driven systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of leading teams to success.
- Experience in building document management services using SharePoint Online and/or AWS services is a huge plus.
- Understanding of the implications of the key regulations impacting finance sector.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level.
