Lead D365 implementation project as the leader of business units with members
*There are other leaders as a program manager in Global HQ, a project leader IT, a System Engineering team leader (in each IT vendor)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management
- Business operation: Accounting, Logistics mainly
- IT system: Navision(current) and D365(future), also peripheral systems and interfaces are included.
Management:
- Organizing Business requirements: List up requirements from the viewpoint of daily operations, legal requirements including future situation, and prioritize those items with project members
- Organizing Business transition: coordinate with IT vendors, support the transition design, promote the transition tasks, and implementing quality management
- Risk control: check risks, prepare countermeasures and contact and consider making the situation better with key persons
- UAT: create UAT lists, explain the contents of those to users and lead the UAT and complete the UAT phase
- Training: overall implementation of user training, including preparation and promotion
- Skill transfer: after the go-live, create documents, share those with target companies and IT vendor
Operations:
- WBS: create and maintain the list with IT vendors
- To Do & Issue list: create and maintain the list, monitoring the status of each task with IT vendors
- Meetings: set up and facilitate meetings and create meeting minutes
- Report: report to supervisors the project status and forecasts periodically in each communication channel, including budgeting and workloads
