What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead projects from initial request through implementation, adoption, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Partner with executives, affiliate leaders, and subject matter experts to identify and validate business needs
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable project requirements for technical teams
- Facilitate discussions that uncover root causes rather than simply addressing surface-level requests
- Prioritize competing initiatives based on organizational impact, business value, and available resources
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and IT resources
- Ensure technical teams receive complete, accurate, and well-defined project requirements
- Coordinate reporting, analytics, business intelligence, systems implementation, and technology initiatives
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of delivered solutions to ensure long-term success
- Build consensus among stakeholders while confidently navigating challenging conversations and competing priorities
- Support organizational leadership in making strategic decisions around project prioritization and resource allocation

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing projects within a Business-to-Business (B2B) software, technology, SaaS, or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and adoption
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive accountability across teams
Preferred
- Experience supporting analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification
- Experience within complex multi-entity or enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with data governance, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Experience working with engineering, software development, or technical implementation teams
