About ROYC
ROYC is the operating system for private markets. Founded by leaders from Blackstone, Nordea, and Klarna, we provide one operating layer for every private markets workflow, helping fund managers, private banks, wealth managers and multi-family offices deploy private market strategies at scale. By combining technology, structuring and operational services, ROYC replaces fragmented tools and manual processes with one structured operating layer across the full lifecycle: from investor readiness and KYC to subscriptions, capital calls, reporting, and long-term servicing. Our goal is to become the leading AI-native private markets infrastructure platform for launching, marketing and operating funds across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Our team is a diverse and international group of people who bring creativity, energy, and a sharp eye for what actually matters to every situation. We offer a fun and dynamic scale-up atmosphere, paired with the resources to deliver, and a rapid path from concept to production.

- Ability to make smart trade-offs between speed and polish, knowing when to ship and when to refine
- Strong understanding of the frontend ecosystem (React/TypeScript) and enough technical fluency to work closely with engineers on trade-offs and feasibility
- Experience translating complex, regulated workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Proficiency in AI supported prototyping tools (Figma/Lovable/Claude) for collaborating on flows, wireframes, and specs
- Strong product sense with an eye for detail, data-informed decision-making, and usability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across design, engineering, and business
