Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Germany: €112000 - €114000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Define and lead end-to-end UX strategy for complex or emerging products, resolving ambiguity and solving difficult problems.
- Partner cross-functionally from inception to launch, driving alignment, goals, and timelines across workstreams.
- Create high-craft deliverables and intuitive layouts for desktop and mobile, applying advanced branding and usability principles.
- Advocate product strategy using data-driven storytelling, rationalizing design decisions and advocating UX excellence.
- Develop scalable design systems and guidelines, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and explore product opportunities.
