About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support Agile Release Train (ART) execution, coordination, and delivery. This role acts as a key partner across product, business, and technology teams, helping ensure backlog readiness, delivery alignment, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines Agile delivery knowledge, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and operational rigor to support complex cross-functional initiatives and drive consistent delivery outcomes.
What you will do• Lead and develop a team of up to five Product Owners — coaching, performance management, hiring, and raising the standard of backlog quality across the team
- Build and maintain a single prioritization model across multiple stakeholder groups with competing demands
- Own backlog readiness and delivery alignment across the ART, ensuring work entering a PI is ready to execute
- Track dependencies, risks and follow-ups across multiple teams, surfacing blockers before they become delays
- Represent the customer and the business in PI Planning and throughout the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Drive clarity when requests arrive incomplete or ambiguous, without creating friction with stakeholders
- Report delivery performance to senior stakeholders using measurable outcomes
- 6+ years in product management, product ownership or agile delivery leadership, including direct people management of Product Owners or Product Managers
- Hands-on experience within a SAFe environment and an Agile Release Train — PI Planning, program-level prioritization, cross-team dependency management
- Demonstrated ability to describe quantified delivery outcomes from your own leadership: baseline, result, timeframe
- Experience managing prioritization across multiple stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities
- Professional working English, used daily in a business setting
- Located in Mexico or Brazil, available to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time
