Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), TX / North Texas Work Type: Office + Construction Site Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 7–10 Years Compensation: Starting at approximately $110,000+ annually, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

This position will support the Water/Wastewater division, managing projects primarily throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and North Texas. Projects may occasionally extend into surrounding North Texas communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Review and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
  • Track project progress and address issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
  • Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.

  • Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and competing priorities.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Starting compensation of approximately $110,000+ annually, depending on experience.
