The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for the customer's APQP team and manage projects from RFQ to EOP. They are responsible for ensuring project results meet quality, cost, and timing requirements while maintaining effective communication across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: establish as key contact for customer's APQP team and maintain close relationship
Build up and develop relationship to relevant technical functions at the customer and support customer engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and to enable long-term sustainable growth
Project Management:
Manage assigned projects according Vibracoustic procedure (APQP/VC ProMap).
Take full responsibility for the project results in terms of quality, cost and timing in all phases of the project from RFQ to EOP
Ensure effective communication within the project team - Execute regular project reviews (internal/external) and report on project status
Align VC milestones and actions with customer milestones and requirements.
Qualifications:
Preferred Mechanical engineering degree. Minimum Project Management related degree.
Experience in Project management in automotive industry.
Utilizes standard processes, systems/ tools and control mechanisms to enhance and standardize Program and Launch Management
Specialized Knowledge in :
Analytical thinking
Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures
AVS/NVH product know-how is an advantage.
Ford eAPQP / Schedule A. Stellantis APQP.
