ABOUT ENGAGEROCKET

EngageRocket is a people intelligence platform helping organisations run smarter feedback programmes - from 360° reviews to engagement surveys.

We work with enterprise and public sector clients across Singapore and the region, including financial institutions, multinational organisations, and large-scale public sector teams. Our Customer Success team owns the client relationship end-to-end: from scoping and delivery through to results, adoption, and renewal.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Enterprise Delivery & Project Manager to own the operational delivery of some of EngageRocket's most complex enterprise and public sector accounts.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be the operational anchor for large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery: managing launch timelines, coordinating across internal teams, maintaining governance checkpoints, and ensuring projects move forward clearly and consistently.

You will be joining established programmes where the core platform foundations, delivery templates, and stakeholder relationships are already in place. The opportunity now is to run these programmes with discipline, absorb institutional context quickly, and help scale our delivery model as EngageRocket continues to grow its enterprise client base.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, working across multiple teams, and taking ownership of high-stakes delivery in a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Programme Operations

  • Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent client launches, including configuration readiness, launch sequencing, live monitoring, survey close, and report release readiness.
  • Maintain a single source of truth on pipeline status, dependencies, and risks across all active accounts - updated weekly and ready for escalation when needed.
  • Drive capacity planning, timeline management, and risk escalation before issues become blockers.
  • Use AI tooling to manage delivery volume effectively, including planning, status generation, documentation, and risk tracking.

Governance & Risk

  • Maintain strong quality controls across key delivery milestones, including approvals, release checks, documentation, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Run pre-launch verification sequences and surface anomalies early, before they affect the client experience.
  • Own the continuous improvement loop by translating delivery learnings into process changes and checklist updates.
  • Flag and route scope creep by identifying out-of-scope requests from client teams and supporting leadership in making the appropriate commercial call.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

  • Serve as EngageRocket's primary operational counterpart for assigned enterprise and public sector programmes, covering timelines, readiness, approvals, and accountability.
  • Drive timely decisions by following up on open items, naming clear owners, and escalating unresolved blockers early.
  • Communicate clearly in writing to senior enterprise and public sector stakeholders, with structured updates, explicit next steps, and clear ownership.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Translate client requirements into actionable work across Engineering, People Science, Support, and Customer Success, with clear owners, context, and next steps.
  • Ensure every stage handoff is documented, including context, open items, risks, and the next owner.
  • As delivery stabilises, progressively take on project management ownership of additional enterprise accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required

  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving ability. You naturally bring structure to ambiguity and can keep multiple moving parts under control without dropping details.
  • Strong ownership and proactivity. When something is unclear, blocked, or drifting, you follow up, chase resolution, and push things forward without waiting to be told.
  • Fast learning ability and high intellectual curiosity. You are able to absorb complex systems, institutional context, and operational processes quickly.
  • Strong written communication. You can write clear, structured, professional updates for senior stakeholders with explicit actions and next steps.
  • Calm, careful execution in fast-moving environments. You can operate consistently where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
  • Structured thinking. You instinctively create checklists, trackers, documentation, and repeatable processes to reduce operational risk.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritise effectively across competing deadlines.
  • Confident use of AI tools for planning, synthesis, documentation, coordination, and productivity.
  • High personal accountability and reliability. You take deadlines seriously, communicate risks early, and follow through consistently.

Preferred

  • Experience working with public sector or regulated clients, including familiarity with approval dynamics, procurement sensitivities, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Background in SaaS delivery, platform operations, or HR technology, including comfort with configuration workflows, UAT coordination, and permissions management.
  • Exposure to Customer Success or enterprise account management, with the ability to flag commercial signals even without owning revenue directly.

Strong Signals, Especially for Early-Career Candidates

  • Leadership roles in high-performing environments, such as student organisations, internships, scholarships, competitions, military, consulting clubs, or hackathons.
  • Evidence of exceptional drive, initiative, or operating maturity relative to career stage.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects, events, operations, or stakeholders, even outside formal full-time roles.
  • Ability to learn technical or operational systems quickly.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND HERE

You will find a small, high-calibre team that takes delivery seriously, works closely across functions, and cares deeply about client outcomes.

You will not find a rigid playbook for every situation. Our work often involves complex stakeholders, evolving requirements, and programmes that require judgement, structure, and initiative.

For the right person, this is a chance to take meaningful ownership of important client programmes, strengthen EngageRocket's enterprise delivery model, and grow with a company expanding its work across large-scale organisations.
