As an Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role at Bonnell Aluminum. We are looking for a proactive individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform. This individual will interact with the business at all levels to gather requirements and feedback, design scalable solutions, and manage the product road map. The Salesforce Administrator/Developer should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority, keeping the wider organization?s best interest and Salesforce best practices in mind when making configuration changes and maintaining and deploying any code. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Adminstrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.
Responsibilities:
This is a varied role, with the following responsibilities:
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into scalable solutions to address company-wide issues and make processes more efficient while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain code, documentation, and test cases for all custom development.
- Understand Salesforce APIs used to integrate with other systems in the organization.
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce suite of products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Pardot.
- Review and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions; implement as required.
- Understand marketing KPIs, and marketing conversion metrics, B2B Marketing Analytics, Google Analytics.
- Manage third-party integrations.
- Support internal and external teams with required configuration changes.
- Understand all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration.
- Improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Maintain system including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer
- Promote adoption and usage of Salesforce platform; improve user experience, perform ongoing training.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 3-5 years administrative experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud and Service Cloud desired.
- Experience in Pardot implementation and configuration.
