Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in luxury, fintech, or banking design with a portfolio demonstrating strong individual authorship. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software like Blender or Cinema 4D is mandatory, along with a professional command of English.

Full description

This is not a UX/Product Designer role. Candidates whose portfolios consist primarily of UX case studies, user flows, or app/dashboard UI are not a fit, even with a high level of seniority or relevant fintech domain experience. Required background in: Luxury, Fintech, Banking, or High-end digital design studio domains.

Must-haves:

  • Design Portfolio — required; applications without one won't be considered
  • Portfolio must show real client work with clear individual authorship — it must be clear what the candidate personally created, not a team
  • 5+ years of experience specifically as Illustrator / Visual Designer / Brand Designer
  • Experience specifically in Luxury / Fintech / Banking / High-end digital design
  • Portfolio must show versatility — work across different industries/project types, not just one field (e.g. gaming only)
  • Strong execution of core logo/brand identity craft — not just adjacent skills (3D, illustration), but confident quality in the fundamentals of branding
  • Different solutions across different brand identity projects — not the same visual pattern repeated every time
  • Confident command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Experience with 3D software: Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Portfolio featuring a range of illustration styles, including 3D work
  • Must include: illustrations, branding, social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn), banners and backdrops (including roll-ups)
  • Location/timezone: EU or UAE. English level proficient (team is international)
  • Style must be flexible enough to adapt to the client's brand, rather than a strongly defined, niche personal aesthetic
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional, appropriate portfolio presentation
