Department Overview
Commercial Banking offers financial solutions to Canadian businesses. The Commercial Deposits and Cash Management Services (CMS) team plays a critical role in enabling clients to move, manage, and optimize cash flow securely and efficiently.
The Billing and Platforms team is responsible for the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including onboarding, pricing setup, invoicing, repricing, and offboarding. The team plays a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, revenue integrity, and seamless platform experiences, while supporting Commercial Banking’s growth strategy.

The Senior Product Analyst, Billing and Platforms supports the Product Manager in delivering and enhancing billing capabilities across deposit and cash management services.
This role is primarily focused on billing remediation, process improvement, and data-driven insights, while also supporting platform initiatives. The incumbent will work cross-functionally to identify and resolve billing issues, improve operational processes, and enable scalable, automated billing solutions that enhance client and colleague experience.
Key Accountabilities
Billing Remediation & Revenue Integrity
- Lead billing remediation activities including investigation and root cause analysis
- Identify and monitor revenue leakage drivers
- Ensure timely client reimbursement and transparent communication
- Enhance controls and governance frameworks
Billing Process Optimization & Automation
- Analyze billing processes to identify automation opportunities
- Implement process improvements by collaborating with technology partners
- Support design of future-state billing capabilities
Billing Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze billing data for trends and risks
- Develop dashboards and reporting on billing performance
- Provide actionable insights for pricing and process improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Technology
- Support training and documentation
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
- Communicate risks and issues effectively
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Business Banking or cash management experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with billing processes and data analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
