Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST) Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that.

About the RoleThis is not a project management role where you simply update task boards and schedule meetings. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps marketing projects moving, and makes sure deadlines, deliverables, and priorities don’t fall through the cracks.

You’ll coordinate marketing campaigns and projects across content, paid media, design, and other marketing functions while keeping teams aligned and execution on schedule.

What You'll Actually Do• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion.

  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams.
  • Manage project boards and workflows in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Expectations• Keep multiple marketing projects organized and moving simultaneously.

  • Identify delays and blockers before they impact deadlines.
  • Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and priorities across projects.
  • Follow up proactively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and deliverables launch accurately and on time.
  • Take ownership without requiring constant follow-up.

Requirements• 3+ years of Marketing Project Management or similar experience.

  • 3+ years managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 2+ years using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar.
  • 2+ years coordinating digital marketing campaigns or marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.
