YOUR IMPACT

OpenText is seeking a Senior Cloud Business Analyst to join our Managed Cloud Services team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance complex cloud-based business solutions for Managed Services customers, helping drive service excellence, platform stability, and successful customer outcomes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

 

  • Partner with our COE Software Engineers and their leadership to complete required Managed Services Integration project activity deliverables
  • Review and approve client requirements and design documentation with Sr Software Engineers, Architects, Solution Consultant and Project Managers.
  • Interface with Solution Consultants and Global Architecture to transition new Sales activity into   Deliverable solutions with confirmed project schedules

 

YOU ARE GREAT AT

  • Consult, Review and Approve SDD documents and Readiness Review artifacts
  • Ensure quality of deliverables are within SLO and JIRA Quality standard
  • Successfully manage Project Manager and Client expectations for all technical deliverables
  • Represent Software team for Change Management process
  • Champion AI driven solutions, Automation and Continuous Improvement initiatives for Cloud Services

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Critical thinking and ability Collaborate a must
  • Proficient in AI tools, design, and delivery
  • Ability to coach/mentor experienced technical resources
  • 8+ Years of OT Cloud Services Experience as Software Engineer with minimum 2 years supporting financial services customers.
  • 8+ years in systems analysis, design, systems integration and development experience
  • 8+ years of Unix/Linux, and scripting (Expect, Perl and Shell) experience
  • Experience in the use of open communications standards such as ftp, webservices/https, AS2, SFTP protocols. API experience is desired but not a requirement.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $87,800 - $109,700; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
