Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Lead Product Manager – GFS to join our Global Food Service vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 
GFS is Delivery Hero’s physical infrastructure arm that builds cloud kitchens to facilitate the geographic expansion of restaurants.This is a unique "Physical-meets-Digital" role. You aren't just building software; you are building the operating system for physical cloud kitchens where efficiency is measured in seconds and orders.
As our Lead Product manager , you will own the product strategy and roadmap of our GFS CRM and  Cloud Kitchen Operations product. In this role you will manage a small yet highly engaged team of 3 ( Junior PM , 2 Product designer) and will work closely with engineering, data, commercial and regional teams. You will revolutionize the sales process by building an intelligent lead generation using AI/ML. Also you will build outcome driven features to optimize kitchen operations like reducing Rider wait time and prep time.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the roadmap for Delivery Hero’s cloud kitchens products that drive growth and profitability across the vertical.
- Translate insights into action: Analyze complex user behavioral data (drop-off funnels, feature adoption, cohort retention) and directly translate those findings into prioritized roadmap initiatives. 
- Evangelize a data culture: Partner with Data Analytics to establish weekly rhythms that make product usage data easily accessible and actionable for engineering, design, and business stakeholders. 
- Empower squads with context: Translate requirements  into compelling narratives and clear "Whys," ensuring engineers and designers understand the real-world user pain points they are solving before writing a single line of code. 
- A track record of outcomes, not just features shipped: Focus on measurable impact you had on user behavior and business metrics (e.g., prep time, lead quality, Average waiting time for riders, Average daily orders per kitchen). 
- Comfort with high autonomy & ambiguity :GFS is Delivery Hero’s innovation hub optimizing cloud kitchen operations. You should be energized by a fast-paced, highly experimental environment.You are comfortable working with incomplete data, shifting market dynamics, and open-ended problems, translating them into clear, actionable steps for your squad.
  
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution at scale, ideally in complex ecosystems, with 7+ years of product management experience. Senior stakeholder management experience is a plus.
- You have exceptional product craft -a proven track record of bringing structure, pace, and sharp judgment to ambiguous problem spaces. 
- You are highly skilled in user discovery, data-driven prioritization, metrics-definition, and collaborating with engineering/design to ship high-quality experiences. 
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and drive vision across complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across regions and cross functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in BigQuery, SQL,Hotjar, Looker is a plus.
- People management/ Leading a team experience is a plus.
