Location: Onsite: Boston, MA
Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of its enterprise Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) platform. This strategic modernization initiative will unify licensing, permitting, and inspection functions while delivering a modern digital experience for customers, constituents, and agency staff.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, tracking budgets and deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful deployment of a large-scale Salesforce solution. The ideal candidate possesses substantial experience managing complex software implementations, multiple workstreams, external vendors, and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DOL leadership, Product Managers, business stakeholders, EOTSS, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project governance artifacts, including:
- Project Charters
- Project Plans
- Status Reports
- Work Breakdown Structures
- Dependency Diagrams
- Operational Checklists
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Online and other PMO tools.
- Coordinate activities across multiple vendors, agency teams, and Commonwealth stakeholders.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, architecture reviews, compliance reviews, and status meetings.
- Identify, track, escalate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary communication point between DOL, vendors, and partner agencies.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Develop and coordinate acceptance testing plans and implementation readiness activities.
- Manage project financials, vendor invoices, contracts, and budget reporting.
- Maintain team rosters, licensing records, system access, and onboarding coordination.
- Coordinate deployment planning, release management, and production cutover activities.
- Support organizational change management, training, and business readiness efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.

- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Organizational Change Management experience.
- Power BI experience.
