THE ROLE
Lead
- Direct the end-to-end product strategy and vision across a portfolio of products, aligning with company-wide business objectives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional roadmaps across multiple product teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization, embedding user insights into strategic decision-making.
- Ratify major product investment decisions, build-vs-buy trade-offs, and go-to-market strategies with executive stakeholders.
- Govern product development lifecycle standards, planning cadences, and success metrics across teams.
- Direct organizational design and hiring strategy for the product team, building high-performing PM organizations.
- Encourage practical use of AI-assisted workflows for product discovery, documentation, analysis, and delivery operations where they improve team effectiveness.
- Orchestrate executive-level reporting and business reviews, translating product performance into strategic narratives.
- Champion strategic partnerships and negotiations with external stakeholders that shape the product portfolio.
- Ratify pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies in partnership with Finance and Commercial leadership.
- Mentor and develop Senior and Mid Product Managers, building organizational capability and succession pipelines.
- Direct risk management for high-stakes product decisions, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder confidence.
Senior
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a major product line, translating business goals into a clear execution plan.
- Strategize go-to-market plans in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Design leadership.
- Authorize prioritization trade-offs across features, technical debt, and platform investments.
- Synergize efforts across Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ensure aligned, high-impact delivery.
- Negotiate scope, timeline, and resourcing trade-offs with stakeholders, providing clear recommendations.
- Lead discovery and validation efforts for new product bets, using data and qualitative insights to reduce risk.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies; recommend strategic responses.
- Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, backlog clarity, and acceptance criteria, validating facts and assumptions.
- Formulate and own key product metrics, OKRs, and success criteria for the product line.
- Lead cross-functional planning ceremonies (roadmap reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives) for the product area.
- Mentor and grow Mid and Associate Product Managers through structured feedback and coaching.
- Plan and control major product launches, proactively surfacing risks and coordinating resolution across teams.
Mid
- Plan and manage the product backlog for a defined product area, translating stakeholder input into clear requirements.
- Control the quality of feature delivery through acceptance criteria, testing coordination, and release readiness checks.
- Evaluate user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Formulate and document product requirements, user stories, and specs that align with the broader product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver features end to end.
- Recommend improvements to product features or processes based on data and day-to-day execution experience.
- Use AI-assisted tools where helpful for research summaries, backlog organization, requirement drafts, and release notes, validating outputs before sharing.
- Participate in roadmap planning, incorporating feedback constructively to refine scope and priorities.
- Plan and execute A/B tests or small-scale experiments under guidance from senior product managers.
- Contribute to competitive analysis and market research to support product decisions.
- Stay current with product management practices and evaluate new tools or techniques relevant to the team's work.
Lead
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of leading product portfolios at scale.
- Deep expertise in setting product vision and strategy for complex, multi-product organizations.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing product management teams.
- Extensive experience with executive stakeholder management, including board-level or C-level communication.
- Strong command of business strategy, P&L ownership, and monetization models.
- Deep experience driving org-wide product operating models, planning frameworks, and governance.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to identify practical uses of AI-assisted workflows while managing privacy, quality, and business-risk considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence company-wide strategy and communicate vision to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate business trade-offs at scale.
- Experience with partnership negotiations, platform strategy, or M&A evaluation is a plus.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
Senior
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of shipping and scaling successful products.
- Deep expertise in product discovery, strategy formulation, and roadmap prioritization frameworks.
- Proven mastery of data-driven decision-making, including experimentation, analytics, and metrics definition.
- Extensive experience partnering with Engineering and Design leadership on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong command of go-to-market planning, positioning, and stakeholder communication.
- Deep experience managing full product lifecycles, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Practical fluency with AI-assisted productivity tools for research, analysis, documentation, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Proven ability to influence technical and business decisions without direct authority.
- Experience mentoring junior product managers and shaping team practices.
- Strong command of product tools such as Jira, analytics platforms (Amplitude/Mixpanel), and roadmapping software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
Mid
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in product management or related roles (e.g., business analysis, engineering, consulting).
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Basic experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or analytics platforms) to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with user research methods and translating insights into product requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for product documentation, research synthesis, or analysis is an advantage.
- Experience using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles sufficient to collaborate effectively with design.
- Understanding of prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and backlog management.
- Basic awareness of go-to-market processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
