This is an exciting opportunity to join the Development, Learning and Skills Learning Impact team within our People Function, where you will play a leading role in strengthening how we gather, manage, analyse and report organisation-wide learning data.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of reporting, automation and business intelligence solutions, consolidating data from a range of sources. You’ll lead activity from requirements discovery and solution design through to development, testing and deployment.
We’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys solving complex data challenges and can translate data into clear dashboards, visuals and narratives that support internal decision-making and external regulatory reporting requirements, including ESG, S&P and FSSC reporting.

The working hours (per week) for this role is between 28 and 35.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
