This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data Platform based in United States.

As Senior Product Manager, Data Platform, you will help shape the evolution of a critical platform powering AI-driven sales workflows. You will initially lead product strategy across Matching, Activity Capture, and CRM Integration, with the opportunity to expand into broader platform ownership. The role combines technical product management, data quality, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing leadership. You’ll work closely with engineering, customer-facing teams, and enterprise stakeholders to translate complex data challenges into scalable product solutions. Success will require strong analytical thinking, clear prioritization, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal and executive audiences. You’ll also help establish measurable feedback loops and bring AI-powered tools into product discovery, analysis, and execution.

Accountabilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for Matching and Activity Capture, improving data quality, completeness, reliability, and customer outcomes through continuous feedback and quality improvement loops.
  • Lead execution of the CRM Integration roadmap, supporting integrations across Salesforce, Dynamics, and emerging CRM connectors.
  • Progress toward ownership of broader Unified Data Platform delivery milestones and the Admin Next initiative within 12–18 months.
  • Represent platform capabilities in customer-facing engagements, including architecture reviews, technical discussions with IT and data teams, and roadmap presentations.
  • Act as a trusted technical thought partner for enterprise customers, translating complex platform capabilities into clear business value.
  • Develop repeatable enablement materials and messaging for Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams covering platform differentiation, data quality, and integration mechanics.
  • Establish clear success metrics across roadmap areas and create structured feedback loops with customers, Customer Success, and technical support teams.
  • Incorporate AI tools and workflows into product discovery, PRD development, data analysis, enablement, and broader team processes.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of professional product management experience, including at least 2 years operating at a senior or staff-level scope.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise data environments, including Salesforce, Dynamics, data lakes and warehouses, event pipelines, API integration patterns, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience building platform-layer products such as matching systems, data pipelines, integrations, administrative configuration tools, or data quality solutions.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work effectively in technically complex and research-oriented environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent technical products with enterprise IT teams, data engineering leaders, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS environment where priorities, structures, and strategies may evolve quickly.
  • Strong product judgment, strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex platform challenges into actionable product strategies.
