Job Description Summary:
Support regional data collection, analysis, and reporting across TMEA by producing accurate, timely, and decision-ready information for Technical, Commercial, and Management teams. Maintain reliable datasets, dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical tools under the direction of the TMEA Senior Data Analyst. Support the regional trials network through disciplined trial information input to the system, data collection, validation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Help translate technical, commercial, and market data into clear insights that improve product performance, customer support, benchmarking, and business planning.Job Description:
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate technical, commercial, trial, and market data from regional teams and approved systems.
- Maintain data quality by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and unusual results; follow up with data owners and escalate material issues to the TMEA Senior Data Analyst.
- Perform descriptive, trend, variance, benchmarking, and other agreed analyses using approved methodologies and tools.
- Support the development and maintenance of data collection templates, analytical models, and standard operating procedures.
- Use internal systems and tools, including EasyFlock, Qliksense,, SHAPs, Technical Database, Trials Management System, and other approved sources, to create integrated datasets and analysis.
- Maintain clear documentation, version control, and appropriate confidentiality for datasets, calculations, models, and reports.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Prepare and refresh regular dashboards, market reports, performance summaries, and business intelligence outputs in line with the agreed reporting calendar.
- Coordinate monthly data submissions from Sales, Technical, and other data owners; track completion and resolve routine data-quality issues.
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to collect the performance review dates planned for the following year and consolidate and share the schedule with the TMEA Senior Data Manager and other relevant stakeholders
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by preparing accurate analyses, charts, commentary, and presentation materials.
- Produce sales- and technical-support materials, including product comparisons, customer summaries, presentations, and analytical models, following review by the TMEA Senior Data Analyst and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to agreed ad hoc data and reporting requests within defined priorities and timelines.
Trials & Technical Support
- Support regional trial setup, data templates, monitoring, validation, analysis, and reporting in accordance with agreed protocols.
- Track trial milestones and data submissions, maintain trial records, and promptly escalate delays, missing data, or quality concerns.
- Work with Technical and Commercial Managers to gather field context and prepare analyses for interpretation and decision-making by the TMEA Senior Data Analyst and relevant leaders.
- Support customer and field visits, presentations, and follow-up analysis when required.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Build effective working relationships with TMEA Technical, Commercial, Finance, Planning, Marketing, IT, Export & Logistics, and Global Data teams.
- Work closely with the TMEA Senior Data Analyst to standardize definitions, enter data into the TMEA database without compromising data integrity, checking the accuracy of data before entering it into the database, real-time data entry into the TMEA database. reporting routines, analytical methods, and data-governance practices across the region.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, improve data accuracy, simplify reporting, and reduce turnaround time; implement agreed improvements.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant analytical tools, data-visualization practices, and poultry-industry performance measures. Additionally, implement tools that facilitate data management, in compliance with company policy.
- Contribute data, charts, and analysis to technical publications, manuals, workshops, seminars, and regional knowledge-sharing activities as requested.
Staff Management: No direct reports
Financial Management: No formal budget responsibility
Travel: Willingness to travel across the TMEA region as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or another numerate discipline.
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or technical analytics; experience in poultry or agriculture would be advantageous.
- Practical experience in data cleaning, validation, analysis, visualization, and recurring report preparation.
- Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense and JMP
- Knowledge of broiler or broiler breeder operations and performance measures would be advantageous.
- Fluent written and spoken English; an additional regional language would be advantageous.
