As a Data Analyst for DDI Research and Innovations, you will provide operational and financial data and analysis to support informed management decision-making. In this role, you will export, clean, and pool data for investigators across the Institute, with a focus on five major projects: CIRA - AI Agent for DDI Clinical Research, CIRA - Evolution of Autoimmune Pancreatitis (AIP) Diagnosis and Treatment, CIRA - Patient Directed First Visit (PDFV), CIRA - AI-Enabled Communication of Endoscopy and Pathology Results in the HER, and CIRA - GI Quality & Continuity (GI-QC) Initiative. This position manages data requests and prepares data for statisticians, principal investigators (PIs), and data scientists.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Provide operational and financial data and analysis to support informed management decision-making.
- Assist assigned department and leadership in obtaining information from various systems.
- Establish and maintain detailed knowledge and documentation of all databases within the assigned department.
- Analyze databases and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Provide database research and assist other analysts in completing requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of professional analytical experience
- OR High School Diploma and seven years of experience
- OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience
- OR Master’s degree and one year of experience
- Experience with multiple software packages, including Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic, and others
- Analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to conduct complex analysis
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Healthcare experience
- Understanding of Snowflake
- Epic healthcare data experience
- Experience with Azure, GCP or Databricks
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 pounds
