About the Role

Gordon, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from kickoff through completion — on time, on budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships, working at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and construction. If you thrive on solving complex problems, keeping teams aligned, and delivering results customers can count on, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project teams by providing clear direction, purpose, and motivation
  • Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment — scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and mitigating risk along the way
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Monitor project status and proactively adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and stakeholders
  • Communicate schedules, milestones, and any deviations clearly and promptly to all parties
  • Identify, log, and manage risks — taking corrective action before small issues become big ones
  • Guide design development using your architectural and manufacturing expertise, in collaboration with production teams
  • Oversee "Quality Control" review of shop drawings and submittals
  • Manage billing, change orders, and cost projections for all assigned projects
  • Own the project closeout process, including lessons-learned documentation and completion meetings
  • Mentor and support Project Coordinators and Administrative Assistants
  • Enter orders in the ERP system and maintain and process orders in the ERP system.

Please note: This is an in-office position based at our facility — it is not a job-site or field-based role.

What You Bring

  • 0–5 years of experience in Project Management
  • 0–3 years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Manufacturing, Architecture, Construction, or a related field
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Strong financial acumen — cash flow, cost projections, job costing, and billing oversight
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
  • A natural leader who motivates people, listens well, and gives constructive feedback
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you do what you say you'll do
  • A customer-first mindset: friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented

Why Gordon, Inc.?

Join a team where your work directly shapes how projects come together — from first blueprint to final delivery. You'll have real autonomy, a path to grow into larger leadership responsibilities, and the chance to work alongside people who take pride in doing things right.
