Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable analytics solutions, developing insightful dashboards, automating data processes, and delivering actionable business insights through effective data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, functions, views, and queries.
• Build Python-based automation, data processing, and integration solutions.
• Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integrations across multiple sources.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and improve database, reporting, and dashboard performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Database Development roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Understanding of database performance tuning and reporting optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Analytics domains is an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
