Job Summary: Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business objectives into effective system and process solutions. Elicits, analyzes, and validates business requirements to support project delivery and operational improvements. Develops documentation and process models to guide implementation efforts. Contributes to testing, communication, and solution optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities: Engages business users across multiple groups to elicit, analyze, synthesize, and validate business requirements. Collaborates with project managers and sponsors to define project scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics. Develops scope documents, use cases, business rules documentation, and process and data diagrams. Analyzes requirements for completeness, feasibility, consistency, and alignment with technical systems and data structures. Translates conceptual requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams. Communicates requirement changes, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Participates in quality assurance activities to verify delivered solutions meet defined requirements.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement required. Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations required.

Certifications and Licenses: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification preferred.
