Position Overview

OWT Global LLC, a veteran-owned small business specializing in technical solutions, is seeking experienced IT Cybersecurity Specialists to safeguard and optimize ServiceNow cloud-based environments for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). You will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity controls across the Blue List Program and the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow security controls, including Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Access Control Lists (ACLs), and data segregation between IL4/IL5 and IL2/IL3/CUI environments.
  • Continuously maintain a comprehensive System Security Plan (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and all required RMF artifacts.
  • Conduct vulnerability scans, incident response planning, incident response activities, and continuous monitoring activities related to ServiceNow security.
  • Support the full Authority to Operate (ATO) process and continuous monitoring of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow platform configurations, security systems, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, DoD, and DCMA security standards, including detailed documentation, mapping, and risk management activities.
  • Collaborate with program teams to integrate security into all development and operational activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in cybersecurity.
  • Relevant professional certification (CISSP, Security+, or equivalent preferred).
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Strong understanding of NIST, RMF, and ServiceNow security capabilities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience implementing DoD cloud architecture and maintaining strict data segregation in multi-tenant security environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response, and integration with DoD identity and access management systems.
  • Experience producing and maintaining SSP and RMF artifacts.

Clearance & Citizenship

  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
