Job Title: Product Manager Auto Finance
Department: Retail Banking
Job Overview To lead the development, management, growth, and optimization of the Bank’s Auto Finance portfolio by delivering customer-centric and Shariah-compliant vehicle financing solutions. The role is responsible for product strategy execution, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, pricing, profitability management, dealer partnerships, customer journey optimization, and digital enablement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Auto Finance product strategy aligned with Retail Banking objectives
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Auto Finance products and propositions
- Design and enhance Shariah-compliant vehicle financing solutions
- Drive financing disbursement volumes, utilization, and profitability targets
- Define product features, pricing structures, eligibility criteria, and customer benefits
- Develop and optimize customer journeys across origination, approval, disbursement, and servicing
- Work closely with Auto Finance Relationship Managers to drive dealer-led business generation
- Establish and manage relationships with vehicle dealerships and automotive ecosystem partners
- Support development of dealer financing programs and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Technology teams to digitize and automate financing processes
- Monitor portfolio performance, yields, utilization, and profitability metrics
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Credit Risk teams on underwriting criteria, scorecards, and product programs
- Support development of employer-linked and payroll-based financing programs
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation planning, and product releases
- Monitor customer feedback and financing performance analytics to identify enhancements
- Prepare portfolio reviews, management dashboards, and business presentations
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and Shariah principles
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in: Auto Finance, Consumer Finance, Retail Banking, Product Management, Digital Le Financing and slamic Banking
- Experience managing auto finance portfolios, dealer networks, or vehicle financing programs will be preferred.
Educational Background Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience in Islamic Banking will be an added advantage.
