Role mission
Own how ECAM is positioned, packaged, and sold: messaging, competitive intelligence, launches, and the enablement that turns all of it into sales productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positioning and messaging by segment (enterprise/critical infrastructure and commercial: construction, multi-family, commercial real estate)
- Own the competitive intelligence program: battlecards, win/loss analysis, market and pricing insight
- Lead product and offer launches end to end, coordinating demand generation, content, communications, and sales
- Build and run the sales enablement library: pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, proposal support
- Support pricing and packaging decisions with buyer and competitive insight
- Equip the ABM program and enterprise pursuits with account-relevant narratives and executive-level materials
Success looks like (first 12 months)
- Documented messaging architecture and battlecards in active use by sales within two quarters
- Win/loss program producing quarterly insights that change how ECAM sells
- Measurable lift in seller confidence and content usage (enablement adoption metrics)
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with 4+ years in product marketing for a considered-purchase, field-sales-led product or service
- Demonstrated ownership of positioning/messaging that sales actually used, with examples
- Experience running win/loss and competitive programs
- Strong writing and executive communication skills

- Security, IoT, industrial technology, or managed-services background
- Experience marketing recurring-revenue services and supporting pricing decisions
